Ra, the Eastern Star, is the King of Mars. He is mad at how Earthlings have treated his sun-kissed children. He throws an asteroid to defend his children but gives Earth time to repent. 

The Queen of the Sky asks Elon "Egyptian" Musk to use the repentance time to save Earth from the asteroid by paying reparations to the children of the Sun. She invites Musk to an NCOBRA-Detroit meeting on May 21, 2023 at 2:30 pm EDT on Zoom. And again on September 10, 2023.

Will Elon come to the meeting and pay reparations?

Neither Elon Musk or Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer came to either reparations meeting. The consequences are that America doesn't pay reparations promised from the first civil war. Now America faces a civil war again, but expects blacks to fight for their "freedom" without reparations. Again.
